My diving experience in Akumal, Mexico. I spent nine days in a lovely little hotel called Hotel Akumal Caribe, in Akumal, Mexico. They had no tv, no radios within the room itself so there is no real disturbances that would pull you away from your books that you are reading or just lounging on the beach or making sand castles till a story idea pops into your mind. I would have spent more than nine days there if I was able to as it was indeed paradise. The water is great, very warm, it was liking swimming in a tropical fishtank and the photos taken below are ones taken by my diving partner and instructor Marco. I think he liked taking my picture as I have several photos of just me in the water. I didn't want to go back home, I wanted to stay there forever. But as good things must come to an end and so this vacation came to an end but it did leave me with several fond memories. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Just a warning for dialups, the photos will be big and it will take time for them to load. But it will be worth it. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
